SPYWARE
A type of program installed to collect information about users, their systems or browsing habits, sending the data to a remote user. The attacker can then use the information for blackmailing purposes or download and install other malicious programs from the web.
Pegasus
Pegasus was created by the Israeli cyber-arms company NSO Group.
It can track calls, read text messages, access location tracking,
collect app-information,collect passwords, and access the users
camera and microphone.
TrickBot
TrickBot is a type of spyware that works to steal banking information,
account credentials, and even bitcoin. It was introduced in 2016 and is able
to adapt itself to any enviornment.
